A Soho Icon: Ilona Rose House

Ilona Rose House is not just another development; it's a reimagining of Soho's essence. With prime Soho office spaces spanning eight floors, each featuring generously sized garden terraces, it offers a new dimension to work-life integration.

James Court: A Public Realm Oasis

A significant portion of Ilona Rose House is dedicated to the creation of a new public realm space, known as James Court. This charming mews, connecting Manette Street to Greek Street, has become a focal point for both locals and visitors. Lined with delightful cafes and restaurants, it provides an inviting setting for al fresco dining and moments of respite in the midst of Soho's bustling energy.

Two renowned establishments, Milk Beach and Kapara, have already made James Court their home, enriching the vibrant culinary landscape of Soho.

Innovative Office Spaces

Beyond the enchanting public realm, Ilona Rose House houses three levels of extensive subterranean creative office and post-production spaces. Here, industry leaders like Warner Brothers De Lane Lea, Skyscanner, Dawn Capital, and Planet Payments have secured their spaces, contributing to a dynamic community of innovators and creators.

Waterscapes' Contribution

Waterscapes, experts in water irrigation installation, played a crucial role in enhancing Ilona Rose House. We designed and installed the podium landscape water irrigation system for levels 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of this remarkable mixed-use development.
